National Expedition (Manitoba)


For orders to Manitoba, we offer a flat rate shipping rate of 10xxx

Orders with a value of 150. Orders valued at 150 or more before taxes are eligible for free shipping. We want to make your shopping experience as convenient as possible.


Free Pickup Option


• If you prefer a more personalized experience, we also offer a free pickup option at our local location. Simply select this option during checkout, and we will notify you when your order is ready for pickup.


International Shipping


• For international orders, we offer a competitive, flat rate shipping rate. When you place an order, we will calculate shipping costs and delivery dates based on item availability and the shipping options you select. We strive to make international shipping affordable and convenient for our customers.


Shipping and Delivery Estimates


• After you place your order, we will provide you with an estimated delivery date based on item availability and the shipping options chosen at checkout. Although we strive to ensure prompt delivery, please note that unforeseen circumstances or carrier delays may sometimes affect the estimated delivery time.

Returns and Exchanges Policy


Thank you for choosing Fa Allure. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we strive to provide you with a hassle-free returns and exchanges experience. Please see our policy below:


Returns for Manitoba Residents


• For purchases made in Manitoba, you may return new, unused items within 30 days of the purchase date. Make sure you have your receipt with you. After 14 days we are happy to offer exchanges.


Returns for Residents Outside of Manitoba


• For online orders, you have 45 days from the delivery date to return new, unused items for a full refund. If the return is due to our error (such as receiving an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.


Reimbursement Process and Deadlines


• Once we receive your returned package, please allow up to four weeks for the refund process to be complete. However, in most cases you can expect to receive your refund more quickly. This time frame includes transit time for us to receive your return from the carrier (approximately 5-10 business days), processing time on our end once we receive the return (approximately 3-5 business days), and time processing time required by your bank to issue the refund (usually 5-10 business days).
