Main Responsibilities:
• Design and produce garments for the summer collection• Cutting, alterations, and finishing• Reading and interpreting technical patterns• Adjustments and fittings• Providing technical suggestions• Meeting production deadlines
Profile Required:
• Proven experience in tailoring, dressmaking, or fashion design (minimum 2 years)• Proficiency with industrial sewing machines and modern garment construction techniques• Precision, creativity, and autonomy• Strong attention to detail and passion for fashion• Knowledge of lightweight fabrics: linen, cotton, silk, lightweight wax prints, etc.
Additional Assets:
• Pattern-making skills• Experience in ready-to-wear or haute couture• Strong artistic sense
