For customers in Manitoba Refund conditions
• You can request a refund within 30 days of purchase.
• Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags still attached.
• Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of a product defect.
Reimbursement process
1. Contact our customer service to inform of your refund request.
2. Send the item to the address provided by our team.
3. Once the item is received and verified, we will issue a refund within 7 business days.
For customers outside of Manitoba Refund conditions
• You can request a refund within 45 days of purchase.
• Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags still attached.
• Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of a product defect.

2. Send the item to the address provided by our team.
3. Upon receipt and verification of the item, we will issue a refund within 10 working days.
